After reviewing your order, I’d like to clarify that the bunny you received was handmade specifically for you, using the same materials from the same manufacturer as the one shown in our product listing. The bunny fabric is as shown, not a smooth texture fabric. We take great care in ensuring our items meet the highest standards, and it’s disappointing to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We understand you did not wish to keep the item and we have sent a return label.
I also want to mention that we did not hear from you directly with your concern before leaving a reiview. Once you did send a message, I promptly responded.
