Each of our items are handmade to order just for you! For this reason there are certain processing times for different items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
If you want to exchange or return your item the exchange must be initated within 3 days of the arrival of your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
